Returns Policy

At Upcube Academy, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help. Please review our returns policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Digital Courses: Due to the nature of digital products, we offer refunds on courses within 7 days of purchase, provided that you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
  • Physical Products: If you purchased any physical materials or merchandise from our store, you can return them within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at upcubeco@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting information or images.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return the Item: Ship the item back to us according to the instructions provided. For digital courses, we will process your refund once we verify your usage.

3. Refund Process

  • Digital Courses: Once we verify that you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Physical Products: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital courses. For physical products, if you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at upcubeco@gmail.com, and we will arrange for a replacement.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

6. Shipping Costs

  • Digital Courses: No shipping costs apply.
  • Physical Products: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at upcubeco@gmail.com.
